No, our pricing is all-inclusive. The fee covers your training, the official MHFA manual, certification, and 30-day post-course support. For face-to-face sessions, light refreshments are provided. There are no hidden costs or additional charges.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, direct bank transfers, and purchase orders from organizations. For individual bookings, payment is required at the time of registration. For corporate/group bookings, we offer flexible payment terms with options for deposits and installments.

For individual bookings, cancellations made 14+ days before the course receive a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before are non-refundable, but you can transfer your registration to another person or future course. For group bookings, custom cancellation policies apply based on group size and arrangements.

Yes, while the core MHFA curriculum must remain standardized to maintain certification, we can customize the delivery, scheduling, and contextual examples to suit your organization's specific workplace challenges and culture. For groups of 10 or more, we offer a pre-course consultation to understand your unique needs and tailor the training experience accordingly.
